A home inspection is a non-invasive visual inspection of accessible areas of the home. The inspection process is designed to uncover issues such as aging components, faulty wiring, leaks, and many other problems that pose a potential financial or safety risk.  Whether you are buying or selling the home, after the inspection you will receive a comprehensive and easy-to-understand report of my findings and recommendations, complete with photographs to show specific details delivered ON-SITE.  With this information, you can buy or sell with confidence.
